"I write this as a fellow Caribbean native who can cook and tends to measure the quality of so called “Caribbean food.” In our area. Having read excellent reviews of this restaurant, we decided on a take out order of conch fritters, coconut shrimp, jerk chicken, and a brown stew chicken dinner. Everything was delicious, meats were well marinated in fresh seasonings resulting in delicious sauces, succulent, flavorful and very tasty renderings. The fritters were very good and the shrimp were crunchy and cooked to perfection. As we had our last bites, we decided to immediately review. The melange of blended seasonings, coupled with the expertise of the hands who cooked, makes it easy to give this restaurant an excellent rating. It’s not often that an owner can confidently say to a new guest, “ You’ll be back” and that rings true. We will be and we will refer you to our friends and family. The food is authentic, inviting and makes one rock back in a chair and say “Oooh Chile, that was goooood!” And that it was……"
